Tea Rose | Dixie Belle Paint
Dixie Belle Paint is very thick and a little goes a long way. The longer the lid stays off, the thicker it will get. If you'd like your paint thinner, no worries, just add a little water and stir. If you add too much water, no worries, just leave lid off and it will thicken up. Whatever consistency you desire, Dixie Belle Paint will work for you!
No Sanding, No Priming, No Waxing or Top Coat Required*
Have you distressed the paint a little too much for your taste? That's okay, just paint right over that area and start again!
Most pieces will take two coats for full coverage. Sometimes, after the first coat dries it will look blotchy. Don't freak out though, as after the second coat, it will be beautiful!
Sometimes you will see brushstrokes, but don't worry! Dixie Belle Paint is self levelling so as the paint dries, the brushstrokes will disappear.
Once Dixie Belle Paint has cured, after 30 days, it is durable just the way it is. You can simply paint and be done with it if you like the look. *If you need a little more durability, tables and chairs for example then Clear Coat or Gator Hide can be applied as soon as the paint has dried.
